Learn how to use textile paint and Indian wooden printing blocks to print a piece of fabric which we will then use to create a beautiful 20cm drum lampshade or wall clock.
 
You will be shown how to use the blocks and paint and how to achieve clear prints every time.  After some time allocated to practice you will be printing a piece of fabric ready to use on your lampshade/wall clock.
 
Once your fabric is ready we will guide you through turning your fabric into a  20cm professional drum lampshade, suitable to be used on a table lamp or ceiling pendant or wall clock.  This workshop is perfect for beginners and doesn't involve any sewing at all.
 
All materials are included.
 
What do I need to bring?
  • An apron to protect your clothes.
  • A packed lunch.

Our workshops include unlimited tea and coffee and we usually have biscuits and/or cake too. 

Level:  Beginners, no previous experience necessary.

Terms & Conditions - The fee for the workshop is payable when booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we are unable to offer a refund. You may however be able to nominate someone else to attend the workshop in your place. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date. We will only cancel due to sickness or insufficient places sold.  If we have to cancel you will be refunded the full amount paid or given the option to transfer your booking to another workshop.
